Here I go again…
So I fell off the wagon, tripped over a stump and fell down a cliff… But I am going to try this again! I am going to follow the basic guidelines of a diabetic diet.. about 1600-1800 calories…
This plan is going to full effect tomorrow because that is the day I start school and will be packing my lunch.. I decided to count my calories for today to see where I am at.. OOPS.. My breakfast alone was almost 1000 calories.. No more McDonald’s for breakfast.
I had a healthy lunch..:) I am pretty excited to get back on the wagon.. My hubby wants to have another baby and if I do get pregnant I will have to be on this diet anyway. .(more calories, but same thing) So I figure I might as well get used to it now while I can make mistakes and not effect anyone but myself!
With God’s help and all my buddies.. I will make it!
